Quiet very comfortable and friendly hotel A great dinning room spoilt by the lack of no smoking areas. Only 4 non smoking tables but people did what they liked. No control
Also no tourist desk for booking day trips. The hotel was outstanding in every way. Many facilities like swimming pool and indoor golf. But most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most outstanding was Stanley one of the managers who went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful experiance. With his grasp of the English language he sorted out any problems that we had.
The dinning facilities were really good and catered for every one. Again the staff were all very friendly.
I would recommend the hotel to any one. But note that like all hotels in Beijing nothing is really close so learn how to use the taxi service and always have a copy of your hotel address in Chinees.
Travel tip : 50m from the hotel is a bank with an ATM which is very convenient and 500m down the road are a few eating places. But if you need any help in English ask for Stanley

No porter to help with the luggage I do not think it worthwhile to stay at these prices for this hotel, because the quality of their services in lieu of actual improvements. I take occupancy permits to them, and they actually asked me to pay more more than 1000 yuan. Later, they find out it was a mistake. And the need to advance one per night thousand dollars bond, until now not cancel pre-paid credit cards.
Nightlife Tip : Hotel area are residential areas, have nothing to stroll at night
