Good value for money.
Good price, close to airport, has airport transportation.

The main problem is its location. I had to ask 5 taxi drivers before one would take me since they did not know where it was. The one that took me got lost and it took 6 telephone calls to the hotel before we could get there from the airport. Hotel transportation only available if booked 2 hours in advance - hotel needs better transportation services.

Excellent airport transit hotel

The hotel provides a free bus shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is just a twenty minute drive from the airport. I had telephoned the hotel staff and they could find someone who could speak English. I sent emails to the hotel asking for confirmation as to my bus shuttle booking and these were replied and confirmed in English. Room, bathroom and facilities were good. Highly recommended.

Cheated by a 'black taxi' booked through the hotel

Was satisfied with the airport transfer, clean room and service of the staff until we get cheated by a 'black taxi' that was booked through the hotel. We requested the staff to book a legal metered taxi to town. However, when the taxi arrived, we were shocked to see a infamous Beijing 'black taxi'. It was our first time in Beijing and we did read up a bit about illegal taxis that are black in color. We questioned the driver and he insisted that he is from legal company and he will go by meter fare. As this is booked through the hotel, we thought it should be ok. However, when we reached our destination, the driver demanded 230RMB from us. We find it strange that the fare was so high but we paid as we were rushing off. When we took a true legal taxi back to the hotel from the same destination, the cost was only 70RMB! We were charged 3 times more earlier in the day! We were so furious and we went to complain to the staff but they just insist that they called a 'legal' taxi for us. It seems to us that the hotel is in cahoot with the driver to cheat money from the guests. Please be careful of this hotel especially if you need a taxi. Do not fall into the trap set by the hotel and black taxi driver no matter how they insist they are 'legal'.
