Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower. Very good Seven Eleven next door.
Very difficult to find. Far from city centre but OK for University district. Room was very basic. No wardrobe and nowhere to put anything away safely. Staff slow at Reception desk.
This is the first mainland China hotel I've stayed in that has comfortable beds - a big PLUS for older westerners. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there was a large modern shower head. There's a very good Seven Eleven next door for snacks and other neccessities.
It is in a side street and very difficult to find - none of the taxi drivers I used knew where it was and I had to call the hotel each time for them to explain directions, even though I had the leaflet with the location marked. The room was much more basic than the website described, and didn't appear very clean. There was no wardrobe and nowhere to put anything away safely, except at Reception. However, there was free access to internet, in every room. Staff were very slow at the Reception desk, even when there was nobody else to be served, and hailing a taxi for me seemed to be a chore!
Despite the downside, I would stay here again, just for the assurance of a reasonable bed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good location for visiting Summer Palace and Beijing Zoo. Also, there are still a number of Hutongs to be seen in neighbouring districts like Wukaodou.

It is like a love hotel room, you will not care very Good I guess. Bring TEMASHITA a favorable impression in a clean hotel for the price. Stay at Beijing, has used two times, I want to use in the future.
