I stayed double bedroom at south-side, and twin bedroom at north-side. The twin bedroom was little small for two persons, and very noisy at night because of car-sound at roads. I recommended double bedroom for one person, and you should definitely request a room at south-side (odd number room, e.g., 621, 517).
The breakfast was very good for foreigner. It was 25 yuan.
Some hotel staff can speak English, so it was not difficult to communicate with them.
The hotel provided hair dryer, shampoo, body cleanser, two bottles of water per day, five towels per day.
The disadvantage for long-stay was laundary service. It is too expensive (e.g., 10 yuan for a sock, 50 yuan for a jacket).
Nightlife Tip:
Massage shop is located at 1st floor of hotels. I recommended oil massage (全身油壓) for foreigner (it was about 160 yuan for a hour). Traditional Chinese massage was too painful for me.

The hotel is centrally located and with many restaurants. easy access to Taxis. The Elevator does not usually go to the 18th floor and so we had to sometimes go up and walk down.

The hotel had good lifts and bright lights at the entrance.
Service was swift despite the busy crowds.
English speaking receptionist took initiative to solve problems.
Luggage holding service was useful for late checkouts.
Bell boy took initiative to look for a cab.

I like this hotel, it near my business point and easy to reach to downtown, 10 mins by walk to Metro (Suzho jie metro station).
Over all hotel is clearn and comfortable. Staffs friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's near summer palace, take cap by 10 mins to a beautiful palace in Beijing.

i like the modern and sophisticated room deco, avaibility of 24-7 internet connection in the room and hotel lobby internet kiosk for on the go businessmen and women, good services and clean environment. the hotel is right at the business location for great for my accessibility everyday and would like to recommend to any people would like to visit or on business trip to beijing. i would foresee the same set up on all fx hotel chains.

D'une manière générale, bon hotel pour qui doit travailler/assister à des conférences/etc. près de Zhongguancun. Situé a coté de la rue Suzhou, de l'université de Pékin et de nombreuses entreprises IT.
Tout le panel de ce qu'on peut trouver dans un hotel *** est fourni, et le très bon point est le lit, très confortable.
Possibilité de commander de la nourriture peu chère dans la chambre, mais ce sont souvent des spécialités taiwanaise..pas terrible pour les occidentaux.
Restaurant Tip:
Pour les gens qui auraient faim, je conseille le café "UBC coffee", une chaine taiwanaise, ils font de très bon plats occidentaux (steaks etc...). A noter un magasin 7/11 ouvert 24h/24 a coté de l'hotel, utile pour acheter de l'eau par exemple vu que l'eau n'est pas potable en Chine.

酒店位置很好飲食也很方便，唯地毯不潔菸味頗重，入住當天門卡設備壞了，所以進入都需等服務員用key開門很不方便，另外電梯可能有些樓層施工所以電梯被木板包住頗不乾淨，希望下迴入住可以改善
