1. Price - very reasonable
2. Bathroom - clean and well appointed with a stand up shower
3. Bed - Comfortable with extra pillows in the closet
4. Helpful Staff
1. Temperature - Room was a bit cold and there was a small draft around the window.
2. Lobby Snack Bar - A little over priced for a bottle of pop and cookies 13 rmb. Street prices would be half that.
3. Elevator a little small - Four people with luggage is a very tight fit.
As a Canadian traveller, the staff had excellent English skills and were very helpful. The hotel loaned us a power bar for our laptop, and willingly flagged down cabs on the street. Overall a very satisfied customer.
Restaurant Tip : Restaurants within walking distance range from value menu "fast food" to modest dinning (all were traditional Chinese). Very convenient and lots of choices.

This is a nice little hotel with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. The staff is great and it is close to several good restaurants that are open late.
It is really far from the subway system and it is not as conveniently located in the "tourist belt" as mentioned in the text. Also the address on the website was wrong when I arrived in Beijing. Luckily, my cab driver was able to find it after 20 minutes.
This is a great little hotel located quite far down in the south of Beijing. Although all the tourist attractions are located within 5km of the hotel it is not that conveniently located because it is almost 1km away from the nearest subway. The premises are clean and fairly new. The staff is great, although not everyone has mastered the use of English. Having said this, communication was never a problem. I enjoyed my stay with them.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you want to get to the hotel. Get off at the before last subway line 5 station. Cross the street (go under the highway) and take a cab. Some cabs won't pick you up in front of the subway. I don't know why.
