staff was amazing! I tried sending a fax and it would not go trough, so the staff member took the fax with him and in his free time send the fax himself!

Very Clean!
It was very difficult to get taxi drivers to find the place (perhaps the fact that non of us spoke mandarin added to the problem, but it was not easy to get to the hotel)
I would say that I will defiantly recommend this hotel. I think people do not really understand the importance of finding a nice clean hotel with great staff (In china). Location wise it might not necessarily be the most center location, but you are 10 rmb (approximately 1.5 dollars away by taxi to a metro station). I would mention that the hardest part of the experience was actually getting to the hotel itself. Once one was in it was a great experience. As side notes, TV is ok but there is only 1 government channel in English. Showers and bathrooms are great (even surpass western standards). I do not how normal this is in Beijing, but the only other drawback I can think of is the fact that there is no food delivery in the hotel (and the hotel restaurant closes pretty early).
