There was no one to take your luggage to your room, we had to take it on a trolley ourselves.Lovely hotel but the service with a smile could be improved. Breakfast is only catered for asian food, western food should also be included.
Restaurant Tip:
Lovely Italian restuarant just around the corner, O Sol O mio with great food and service, reasonably priced.

it's a very new, clean hotel in a nice neighborhood. very convenient and walkign distance to sanlitun village which is great. the rooms and bathrooms are small but not too bad. service is good and front desk staff are helpful and speak english. recommend this hotel.

we stayed there for 3 nights. no complaint about this hotel. great value, nice rooms,very clean, good breakfast, good wi-fi (free of charge), easy to find taxi.definitely will come back and stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
should try the duck king resto n middle east resto which serves hummus near the hotel.
