The staff were helpful in relocating me to an upgraded room when I encountered bad mattresses (twice!).
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel offers limo & guide services. I used a hotel van & driver to take me to another city 2 hours south, and the driver was very familiar with the other city's road network. Also, it was very helpful that the driver spoke English.

When checking out an additional 900 RMB was charged for the room even though it was prepaid through Agoda. Be prepared to argue every charge they will try to tack on.
