bathroom correct 10 min walking assistant director of the very helpful (after facing a scandal incompetent staff).
Staff not friendly and incompétant. All orders taken during the stay (meals and services) must be paid in real time and not by CB at the end of the stay. Provides bad rooms (bedding defective along the corridor and the elevator when we had asked for quiet rooms). Request for a security cards for doors (keys) from the hotel (100 RMB CARD). Cleanliness average.
When we arrived at the hotel we had the unpleasant surprise of having to give security for the cards (we had 2 rooms). We also booked a room with double bed and a room with 2 single beds, very quiet, we had two single bed rooms near the elevator and stairs! The staff is very unpleasant and does not understand English at share one or two people but does it have the chance of getting it when we ask for information! This hotel gets a lot of young people and I do not recommend for a family seeking stay calm.
