great location near subway
The Novotel Xinqiao is on a subway liner so easy access to all of Beijing. Hotel has good restaurants with affordable meals and the staff were very helpful.

We got an excellent deal at the Novotel Xinqiao and although our room had no window it was clean and comfortable (although as always in Asia the beds were too hard for us). We found the staff very helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had free Wi Fi and could print documents for a small fee. Best of all the Novotel is located right on the subway so for just 2 Yuan we could travel across Beijing to see all the amazing sights that this city has to offer.

Very friendly staff
The best 3 things about this hotel : 1. Very friendly and helpful staff, 2. Easy access to public transport - subway station right in front of the hotel. 3. close to tourist spots.

Didnt actually expect so friendly and helpful staff in a China hotel, right from front office, conceirge to room service. The tour desk did a fantastic job arranging the tour of the Great Wall. Value for money. Would definitely pick this hotel again if I ever visit Beijing again.The only negative is that the room does not have a window.

Location is good.
The staff like "hands not clean".
We stayed 5 days in this hotel, but when we checked out, hotel charged us the snack.
We never eat any snack which provided by hotel, they said we ate on second day.
There is no prove so we also do not want to argue to waste my time.
Room is okie but the air cond is not cool. I can feel very hot.

I HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY AT THE NOVOTEL HOTEL. THE HOTEL WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE BY SUBWAY TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. THE ROOM GIVEN TO ME WAS CLEAN AND SURPRISINGLY SPACIOUS. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. IT WAS VERY EASY TO ARRANGE A CITY TOUR AS WELL AS THE GREAT WALL TOUR. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOVOTEL TO MY FRIENDS.
