The location, near to everything The aircondition didn't work, and when I reported this to the reception they "fixed" it by sending up a busboy to open our room-door and keeping it open for 5 minutes to create airflow in the room between the door and the windows.. This was not satisfactory. (also the bus-boy just left the room with the door open, in the middle of the night, and didn't come back) When i ordered the room via internet I specified that we would be 3 grownups sleeping in one room, and that we needed 3 spearate beds.
The 2 beds that originally were in the room were ok, they had bedspreads, real thick sheets/covers and 3 pillows each. The extra bed that was put in was terrible.. It had a HARD matress, the cover/sheet was only a wool-blanket folded twice inside some sheets, and there was only one pillow. To pay for an extra bed like this felt like a joke. Hope the hotel gives the next person that orders an extra bed a REAL bed with the same gear in it as the normal ones.

location, service, clean, good prices to order into room; very good buffet breakfast the cheking in needs improvement, lot of time wasted with bureaucracy(copying passports, visa details, etc.) if you are looking for a an excelent value for money, the Prime Hotel is a good choice. It offers very competitive prices for a Hotel of this quality. very nice room, equiped with computer and internet, with a very very nice bathroom, with both tub and shower. very near the shopping street of Wanfujing, 20 m away from Tianamen and the forbidden city, its centrality makes it a very good choice for anyone staying in central beijing. the staff was very helpful in giving directions and useful tourist and restaurant tips.

Good location on Wangfujing st. Room large and clean. Buffets are excellent. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and very happy with my decision. I will stay there again next time in Beijing. I strongly recommend it to anyone who are going to visit Beijing.
