This post modern structure is situated in central Beijing and features a host of amenities and facilities to satisfy even the most discerning of travelers.Located on the Jianguo Road in the Chaoyang district, the international airport is just a 30 minute drive; the train station is 20 minutes away and there are an abundance of taxi’s to be taken. The hotel is in close proximity to the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, History museum, the Great Wall of China and Tiananmen Square. Each of the hotels rooms are well equipped with modern conveniences to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Children at the Sofitel
The Sofitel does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.
For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.
