The location of this hotel could not be any better for exploring all of Beijing. I stayed here during the Paralympics and found that it was right in the heart of Beijing. Its still a good walk to the Forbidden City, but a taxi ride anywhere is going to be around 5 dollars or less. The wifi was a bit spotty at times but there are free computers to use in the lobby. This would be the ideal location to stay if you were coming with a group of 6 or 8, since you would all be close together, could eat breakfast together and still have the privacy of your own room. The staff is exceptionally helpful, comparing them with other chinese hotels. I will definitely stay here again and next time bring friends and family with me. I appreciate that this hotel doesnt feel like a big chain hotel that is just interested in packing people into the rooms.
Very private and cozy. Truly feels like you are in ancient China. Free wifi, excellent filling breakfast.
Roof leaked a little during heavy rain - but didnt affect living in this room too much
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Not far from the Forbidden City, Tianamen square, and a very large shopping district.

Je pense que cet hôtel est une jolie carte postale de hutong, le service est plutôt cool, la team sympa et prévenante. Mais cette histoire de distance est vriament embetante car il faut vriament prendre le taxi pour aller où que se soit. Ou alors vous désirez avoir des jambes en béton armé.
Il faut bien admettre que les chambres sont propres et bien décorées, la salle de bain est assez grande pour une personne.
C'est loin de tout, Pékin est une grande ville, là il faut prendre le taxi pour ensuite pouvoir aller prendre le métro.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel propose un tour sur la Grande Muraille 260 Yuans la journée, ce qui est moins cher que ce que propose la plupart des autres hôtel. Armez vous de bonnes chaussures et amennez de quoi vous hydratez car la spectacle a beau être superbe, la grimpette pour y arriver est tuante.
