All of the Peninsula Hotels (Bangkok,Beijing and Tokyo) are wonderful. They are works of art with high tech touches. The staff is extremely patient and accomodating. The rooms are very spacious and well thought out. The bathrooms are luxurious. Internet access is Free and Easy to use. All of the lobbies are beautiful and the locations within the city are excellent. The only problem I had was a rock solid bed in the Beijing Peninsula Hotel. I would highly recommend this chain of hotels to all.
Great lobby, beautiful and spacious rooms, pleasant staff. Great remote controls for curtains, lights, tv,etc.
The Beds were very hard like a table. I stayed in other Peninsula hotels and this was the only one with an uncomfortable bed.

There were several things that I particularly liked. Likr the spa service and the sheets. It was the best and most thorough spa service I've ever gotten. The room was beautifully decorated and the ambience was just perfect. The therapists were polite, knowledgeable and courteous not to mention that they gave a great massage.
Again, I love the sheets. The only times I've got to experience these kinds of sheets are at the W, the Westin and now the Penninsula. Everything was a great experience. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
The amenities. The staff are very helpful and polite.
Can't really think of any. Superb!
- Shopping Tip : Great shoppings at the WangFuChing.
