Very clean hotel. Good furnishings. Location ideal and staff very friendly and helpful.

Little items e.g. coffee in room, use of computer expensive.

I have used this hotel before and would not hesitate to use it again, Facilities are very good and the all the staff will help in any way they can.The hotel is situated in a main shopping area, convenient for major sites e.g. Forbidden City and the subway is not far away. All in allthe hotel provides a very pleasant experience for guests.

Travel tip : Great location for major sites and shopping.Ask concierge staff for anything you need. They are both knowledgable and ready to help.

Great location; Room was comfortable

Hot water kettle was bad. There was contamination; There were particles in the heated water which came from the heating element. The bad part was we consumed the water without realizing it, and is probably cancer causing. When we complained, they promptly replaced it. Some other poor sucker would have got our kettle. This, we thought was not a feature for a five star hotel! Communication in English was a problem.

I would go back to this hotel only because of location. Its 5 star rating is definitely undeserved.

Restaurant Tip : Good restaurants near the hotel.

The is very good located; very quite; very clean; the price per nignt is affordable; the Chinese restaurant provides excellent cuisine and tea with fair prices.

The breakfast should be improved. Not much variety of bread and cheese, no baked beans in tomato sauce, no potatos.

The hotel is very convenient for everyone (a solo traveler, a business traveler or a family traveler). The location is good for shopping and nearby you can find 3 very good bookshops: Commercial Press, Beijing Foreign Language Press, Wangfujin Bookshop.
