Good location in the center, though taxi drivers never know the address. The railway station is a good landmark for orientation. Staff is friendly but English (or any language other than Chineese)is poor. The hotel is clean and the room is friendly.
Rooms are small. Staff language skills are poor.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's a five minute walk to the railway and subway stations and the airport shuttle stops right in front of the railway station.
I was really unsatisfied with the service, however. Their lack of good English skills made communication difficult at times. We requested several times for housekeeping to give us extra towels since we paid for an extra bed, but we had no response throughout the entire stay. We also couldn't get them to change our sheets. There's no card that we can place on the bed to instruct housekeeping to do so, so we asked the front desk to make the request (housekeeping doesn't speak English), but despite several attempts, no one bothered to change the sheets our entire stay.
-Close to Beijing Railway Station and subway.
-Free internet/computer use in lounge area.
-Poor English of staff

There is a good bus station near there and it's at a wolking distance form the Forbidden City.
