A bit far from train station, hotel just next to a old food street. Very easy to get food and can shop around. In front of the hotel is a bus stop. Staff was not that friendly, ,should be improved.

Basic room and services...more of a 2 star than 3

This is an OK hotel, but definitely felt more 2 star than 3. For those not aware of it, Jiniang Inns are a large hotel chain in China...they are everywhere! There are some that are definitely 3+ stars, but this isn't one of them. Also, you really need to be able to speak at least basic Mandarin to handle your check-in/check-out and other discussion with the staff at this hotel...the English ability was close to zero. Rooms are small...mine had a double bed and a single bed with just enough room to move between beds and the bathroom.

Good location with nearby tourist attractions. Staff friendliness needs further improvement, especially governing the body language and facial expression, to be more polite and patience. Suggest that the hotel resumes the taxi booking service, especially for the airport pickup. Rooms are clean and beds are in good condition.

Good llocation and reasonably priced. Room is clean but one of the two elevators is not working. The staff are polite.
Travel tip:
The city is not as modern as the coastal cities. Keeping my eyes and ears open helps me learn about the more traditional China.

Good economy hotel!
Situated in city centre yet not quite noisy, lots of restaurant nearby.

the toilet, shower and beddings are clean. the room is simple and cozy. pretty good value for money. the only downside of my room is its outlook - overseeing a riuned roof of a nearby house.

Good location and close to all places in Changsha. Lots of construction around however due to the new metro. Also close to the riverside and pedestrian streets with plenty of food and shopping.
