overall this is the 3rd time i stay here, find this is a good location as not so crowed

Good location but tiny shower

Rooms were very simple and small, but all the necessary functions were there. Bathroom a little tiny. Walk across from Carrefour and Parkson.Service was quiet polite but not so efficient.

At the current rates very good value for money
Location is well situated and rooms are clean with reasonable bathroom facilities

Reception is helpful and they try hard but English is always a problem. As long as you have no problems for discussion everything runs OK. Room is basic but adequate win free LAN. Good cafe lounge on 3rd floor with reasonable international resteraunt. Very good Chinese resteraunt on the 4th floor.
Beware the laundry service it has a habit of arriving next day and you must oay before you receive the laundry.
There is no business center but the Sheriton business centre is 10 mins walk
Restaurant Tip:
Within 100 meters is Carrefour, Starbucks, Pizzahut etc. Also good range of Chinese reteraunts and cafes in the near vacinity. The hotel is in the centre so everything you want is no more than 20 yuan taxi ride.

Good location with comfortable rooms

Room was kept clean and people in reception helped to translate locations I was heading to. Location was in walking distance from city center and nearby was 7eleven to get food during night time.
Nightlife Tip:
Club Muse offer western music and it is always packed. However, prices are not very cheap there.

The hotel locates at the city. Very convenient for food and shopping. Carefour and Parkson are just opposite the hotel. Many restaurant nearby the hotel too.
If you would like to try China PizzaHut and KFC, there are just opposite the Hotel too.

Average hotel, service can be better

when we just got to the hotel it seemed very nice - they didn't give us any problems with our late check in, the room was nice and according to our requests (including high floor, non smoking and good view).
the problems started later: we found out there wasn't inroom safe as promised, the toilet didn't work well, we found a cockroach in our room and the info we got in the recepation about sightseeing in chengdu wasn't accurate (and that's an understatement).
also, almost all the receptionists (except of one) spoke very poor english and worked terribly terribly slow (didn't care much about the fact we were rushing to the airport).
we felt fine with the price because we paid most of it using agoda points...

hotel was friendly; but every day we put out the "do not disturb" sign we still got room service. Normally I don't like to get room service for 3 day stays because really, there isn't much to clean and I don't want there to be any confusion about stuff missing etc. But they cleaned our room anyways; nothing was missing, so it was ok.
following instructions would have been nice though

the room, though basic, was cleaner and more comfortable than i was fearing walking on the dirty carpet through the musty hallway to reach my room. the location of the hotel is good. close to the business district and shopping. the restaurant is not the best, and there are better alternatives in the neighborhood.

this is the 3rd time i have stayed here. the normal rooms are very basic, no wardrobe (hang your clothes on hooks) and no refrigerator, which can be a problem in summer time. the bathroom is good with all amenities and the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning and internet works. also the 3rd and 4th provide good food and snacks.
this hotel needs a facelift but is till very good value for money.the location is central, near to shops and resteraunts and in an area which has been developed providing many amenities.
Shopping Tip:
Carrefour is just across the road and is very usefull for your basis shopping, snacks and drinks
