Not the best place I have stayed. Definitely got what we paid for. Sole purpose of visit was to go to the WORLD famous Panda reserve. But yet the staff id not know of this, could not transalte, told us it was closed, refused to book us a taxi for the next day to get there, finally offered to get a taxi the next day, but took us in their own car to a taxi rank which wouldnt take us (later we presumed as it was so far away) he then drove us to the airport, that's great service we thought, and really made up for all their lack of effort to help the evening before. However, they then charged us for the ride when we returned that evening. Their English was extremely poor, we had to get our Chinese colleague to translate over the phone, and the staff were still unhelpful. The room was big but not very clean. There was a cockroach in the shower, but that didn't matter so much as the water was stone cold so we couldnt use it.
