Families with older children New Zealand, December 15, 2012	Spacious rooms and central hotel Rooms have bedroom and sitting room components and staff are friendly and keen to help 8 We liked this hotel in Chengdu. The rooms were clean and tidy and really spacious. For once in China we could spread out a little! Staff were friendly and helpful. Down the road there is a McDonalds and KFC - useful when you don't have the energy to work out what to eat for a meal. Taxi drivers can find this hotel difficult to find but we took our hotel business card with us and they eventually found their way. Sometimes it can be quite difficult to catch taxis in the afternoon or evening so make sure you leave some time if you're heading somewhere. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The Giant Panda Breeding Research Facility is fantastic. Make sure you go EARLY so you can see the pandas while they have some energy. Jinli Old Street is good fun too.

Groups Malaysia, October 29, 2012	Great location with comfort room and good rate hotel in very convenience location 10 the hotel in very convenience location, heart of chengdu city. beside the hotel got a 24 hours convenience shop "wowo'. anything you need you can by here. near the hotel there is kfc and mcdonald 24hours. this is very good when we need some food during early the morning (4-5am) or at mid nite. the hotel room was comfort and moderm. the service of the receptionist also very nice. the hotel rate is reasonable. i like this hotel and plan to stay this hotel again if i go chengdu.

From the hotel go other tourist place in chengdu also very near. There is a 24 hours convenience shop near the hotel. it's very convenience when we need to buy some food or drink. There is also lot restaurant near the hotel, some of the restaurant is 24 hours too. no need worry you will hungry in this area. The hotel room was nice and comfort. The bed is soft. The service of the receptionist is helpful. Overall, i very satisfy with this hotel.

Couples Malaysia, August 31, 2012	central location and large room larger than normal King-sized bed, spacious bathroom. 5 minutes walk to bus stop, 10 minutes walk to Metro station. 8.3 we checked in past midnite due to our flight arrival at chengdu airport around 11 pm. the taxi driver took some time to locate the new time square complex where the hotel is located, luckily i reminded him to look for kfc outlet at the ground floor of the complex. by showing the agoda confirmed booking voucher, the hotel staff took only 5 minutes to settle my registration and hand over key to my room. the next morning we got good directional guide from hotel staff where to head for public transport i.e bus stop and metro station. the second metro lines just operational in september 2012 and good for travelling within chengdu city.

The hotel is very nice with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff were very nice but didn't speak much English.

Solo travelers Singapore, December 11, 2011	Large room with comfortable king-sized bed Easy to find - just 50 m from KFC along Datong Street, off Wenwu Road 8.3 My room comes with daily Chinese breakfast - congee with a good selection of dishes. Large room with the softest mattress I've come across in all my travels in China so far. Air-conditioning worked fine and hot shower too. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There are tour agencies along Wenwu Road where you can book tours to Leshan, Emei and Jiuzhaigou. Chinese-speaking only.
