The room was very nice - it was extremely big in size and the bed was mammoth! I loved it. Also, they had a lot of "extras" in the room to purchase if you forgot anything.. For example, there was a thing of Listerine, an essentials kit that had Tylenol and stuff in it.... Could be very helpful! Internet was good.

Due to business purpose, we were required to stay 20 minutes drive away from the busiest shopping district 'Chun Xi Road', credit to its location to MRT from hotel is only less than 5 minutes walking distance!
Apart from that, we love the toiletries provided by Regal, prompt housekeeping each time we requested refilling of drinking water/toiletries.
We booked a club floor room,
Down sides:
a) Spacious room but the layout of toilet is not user friendly (more suitable for couple I would say)
b) Very limited of snacks/food choice during breakfast/happy hour for the lounge
c) Expensive charge for printing service (which normally complimentary for a 5 star hotel)
Overall, a bit overpriced, if I would ever go to Chengdu again, I will probably stay somewhere nearer to the city center with a more valuable price considered a 5 star property.

of city. Because my flight delay, so check in time is 1pm.
My booking room don't have already, so free upgrade

Satisfied with the room size and clean environment, but room light switches very confusing, no bathtub. Complete gym but no sauna or steam bath. The staffs are friendly, esp near the pool.

Beautiful and well located Hotel

We had a short stay but it was a very pleasant one due primarily to the condition of the hotel and its very convenient location. From airport it was a smooth and short drive and the taxi was reasonably priced.
The room was large, facilities in the room new and clean, the internet efficient and 'free'.
Though eateries are available, we choose taking a short walk around the corner for some good food in some good restaurants.
The hotel provides very prompt and friendly services, notwithstanding when the service was asked at almost midnight.
Price wise, a little high for Chengdu standard.

nice hotel with spacious and modern rooms, bathroom is very big too. good location, easy way to and from the airport. the down side is hotel bars close early at night, and the lighting sysytem in the room is very confusing, the lights in the bathroom seems to be connected with the those above the bed, so each time one turns on the light in the bathroom during the night, the lights above the bed will also be on , which is quite annoying. but all in all, it's a nice hotel and very good value for money.

Nice hotel and close to subway
Located at south gate and is not far from city centre, few min walk away from subway station Tong Zhi Lin Station

A five star hotel in good condition and is located away from the crowded city center. Located few minutes walk away from the subway and take approximately 20 min subway ride to city center. Very near the airport, approximately 15 min drive from airport.

pleasant hotel, but not matching standards of regal airport hotel in hong kong which i am used to. showers flood the bathroom floors in both our rooms. regal club room amenities were not offered, and hotel management appear to disregard any questions about this - was overcharged and await to see if any refund is given! many of the staff in the hotel were very nice, but the whole place seems to lack any thorough organisation. pool was closed for a private function when we went down to use it, but no notice had been given to guests. all in all a rather poor version of the regal brand image.
