Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Location, price value, in room dining, quality of rooms, free internet.
although most of the staff speak some english, as in many chinese cities it may sometimes not be enough.
We stayed in total 6 nights here and we would come back at any time. Although its not the cheapest 4 star in town (we tried another one and moved back to this hotel, because we missed the qualities here so much).
You will be happy to spend a few dollars more a night here, as there is little to complain. The breakfast variety is great, the staff friendly, the rooms are great, location is hard to beat and the in room dining, although not the hugest selection, absolutely of high standard.
The location is right in the centre of Chengdu, close to the major shopping streets.
The hotel is fairly new and the design pleasing.
The only complaint is maybe the spa. The facilities were average, the level of the massage poor and the seats uncomfortable. However its not a big problem, as there are massage or foot massage places everywhere in town.
Shopping Tip : smack in the centre of the shopping district.
