Comfy and Convenient
This hotel has very comfy beds and the rooms are nice and clean. It is an easy place to relax in.

I liked this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be and the rooms are very easy to relax in. The breakfast was nice and I felt ready for the day after a night's sleep and breakfast there.

Hot room, Management tried to safe air-cond.

1. We were given a hot room with air-condition switched off by management. Staff explained that the outside weather on that day 23 degree Celcius was cool, so all rooms are not given air-cond., but we find the confined room hot as it is facing the sun. We explained that we need air-cond. and we can adjust the temperature. Not until we threatened to report this on the internet website that we were allowed to change to another room with air-cond. facing the back of the hotel away from the sun. Our stay could have ended like torture if we didn’t threaten them that way. Besides in the process of changing room, we discovered later that we left a pancake powder behind in the first room. The management failed to retrieve it though we called them.
2. We checked out after a few days and checked in again after a trip to Jiuzhaigou. This time, we were told that Agoda did not pay the bill for this stay. So the staff asked for a deposit of RMB300! Luckily, we had phoned the hotel before the trip and was told that all payment has been settled, so we insisted, even quoting the name of their staff we had spoken to. Then the staff went over to another computer, looked awhile and then annouced that the payment was indeed made! We were relieved as we were already short of reminbee by then.
3. According to the comment from other website, the hotel serves good breakfast, with many choices. This wasn’t true during our stay in March. Other than the normal hem and hotdogs, the chicken dish was only bones for days! One day, the food even smelt rotten! There was no pastries at all.

I enjoy staying in this hotel. It has a quiet enviroment and also easy access to the city centre. Staff is performing well and willing to assist when requested. It is a neat and clean hotel. Taxi is available at all time.
