It's the 3rd time we use this Hotel.
We shall use it a 4th time this coming December.
Each time we use it we discover more and more reasons to come back.

this is the second time in 6 monthq we use this hotel.
the welcome given on checking in was most agreeable and specifically by the fact we were remembered.
per last time, the staff were most helpfull and efficient in their tasks.
despite the continued work being carried out in the renovation of the hotel's exterior,our stay was most pleasant.
once again the restaurants were splendid and most appreciated in the culinary experience offered.

Unfortunately it was noisey due to the renovation.
Location is very good. Staffs are also good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Chendu Panda Reserve is really good place to visit. Baby pandas are so cute.

Great Hotel service was awesome

as we approached the hotel i was very disappointed as it was covered in tarp, as the exteriors was being redone. once inside it was fabulous, the lobby and bar and restuarant are beautiful. the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.after beijing and xian, which were nice also, this was far superior. it was truly a four star.
Travel tip:
The bell boy got us tickets to the Opera and actually followed my son to the highly recommend this hotel
