Very Tired and Dated Hotel
Not as close to the rivers as falsely claimed on their site map/location

This Hotel is badly in need of a makeover!
Very tired looking, and even by Chinese Standards, is no where near 5 Star !!
Check In staff were either poorly trained or dis-intersted.
They tried to charge me for breakfast and internet use, although these two items should have been included in the tariff.
Breakfast was very ordinary.!!!
The toilet on the Atrium ,Breakfast Area, positively smelled of raw sewage and I could not use it, having to adjourn to my room on the 29th. floor.
Certainly not one of my bettter experiences in China.
Travel tip:
Try another Hotel!!

Good location, good room and service but *No WIFI*
Convinient location, really good.

Internet access is free but it's wired LAN connection only, no WiFi available.
Those who are using iPad, Android tablets and ultra mobile PCs, forget about using Internet over here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Better to print out google map and have it if you're not familiar with the city or the area. The map shown on the hotel's web page is far from accurate scale.

Good hotel but not the newest
Good human crowd with good accessibility

Free tea everyday. Good access for many food and shopping. It is just beside one big mall with many department stores around it. Lively area with many crowds. However it does not escape from the cruel reality of aging effect.

從大堂到房間只有一個字的評語， 就是“舊”， 浪費了一流的地理環境。尤其是房間的廁所， 比3星賓館還差。 唯一的亮點是早餐， 品種和味道可以符合5星級的稱號。

酒店地理环境优越，硬件设备齐全，住宿环境舒适，干净。作为一家五星级酒店，服务不够人性化，仍需提升。因为在预定时，网站上显示的是酒店可提供双床也可提供大床房，个人感觉，就算客人在预定时没有指明是需要哪一种床型，酒店应该预留选择空间给客人，或者说，就是在客人登记入住时多问一句也好，而不是像这次一样，直接给了默认的大床房。本次出行定了3间房，入住5人，都是同事关系，当发现都是大床房时，和酒店要求要更换成双床，但是酒店直接告知已无房间。无法做调整。

如对床型有特殊需要的客户，如需指定床型（双床或大床），预定后切记要和酒店提前确定床型，以免到店后有不愉快的经历。

该酒店的位置比较优越，在步行街的边上，离洪崖洞也近。但是这个酒店比较旧，特别是卫生间小。早餐的食品不够丰富。

Хотелът е стар и не е ремонтиран поне 20 години.Стайте са малки с овехтяло обзавеждане.Няма безплатен интернет.Безумно скъп за това което предлага.Разбити контакти на електрическата мрежа.
