Great hotel, very central location

Fantastic location, as central as you can get. In a shopping area and close to a food street. Nearby a metro station.
Good service, nice rooms, very good breakfast, wired internet in the rooms. Friendly staff.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel, although this was a short trip, just a couple of days, the hotel has continually delighted me with its helpful service staff and prime location.
From the hotel, it is very accessible to all sorts of shops, shopping malls, fast food and restaurants ranging from Western to Japanese to local cuisine.
There was been a definite improvement in the manner with which the staff now deal with issues and I am glad to say, they are starting to take the initiative to rectify issues when they see it.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a restaurant located not far from the hotel, called 全聚德 or QuanJuDe, about 20 minutes by taxi. Sells very good roast duck at affordable prices!

Nice, specious, clean room with excellent service with several staff speaking English. Location in the the major part of center city with nearby shops. shopping malls etc. Breakfast included many varieties.

First of, the location of the hotel is excellent for business and leisure travellers alike. It is right in the middle of the business district, with close proximity to amenities like supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants.
The room was more than satisfactory, well designed, all the electrical switches in the room could be controlled from a bedside control unit and wifi was free for 2 hrs everyday. The only gripe I had was with the AC unit, I couldn't seem to control the temperature of the room. I could only turn it on or off. Fortunately, it was set to a somewhat comfortable temperature for me, about 24 degrees Celsius, I think it felt like. I was on the 33rd floor, I had asked for a high floor and non-smoking room, not that it mattered much anyway, every idiot ended up smoking on the corridor....
The staff are generally quite courteous and even when they do not speak English, it is clear that they wish to help you even if they are struggling with it.
Overall, a pretty good stay experience.
Nightlife Tip:
Bars, pubs and clubs are but a stone's throw away, but the locals get drunk quite easily and tend to vent their frustrations on foreigners so be wary when visiting such places.

このホテルは街の中心解放碑から目と鼻の先の位置にあり、買い物や観光に非常に便利です。またフロントの対応がとても丁寧で気持ちのよい物でした。ただ、あまり新しいホテルではないようです。そのためか、滞在中に部屋の電気配線に異常が生じたりしました。それでも感じの良いスタッフがすぐさま修理してくださり、特に不快感は感じませんでした。便利さがとても気に入りましたので、また重慶に行く際は利用したいと思います。
