The hotel is unexpectedly pleasant, in spite of its name. Indeed, for us, Westerners, no 9 Inn does not inspire confidence. It is associated with lower category of hotels. Hence the so pleasant surprise. I would not have any negative thing about it if it were for the breakfast. What a let down!!!
