Business travelers Israel, September 04, 2011	Quite new hotel service with a smile Quite, sorounding lake with swans 7.3 As the only westerner guest at the momment I felt it was a good care for me by the staff, especially Wilson the assistant manager who helped in every possible way. Western breakfast is as in most Chinese hotels i.e. boiled egg, vegetables, some chese and butter. This hotel is an environmentally oriented one with around 75 % of its electrical power needs generated from own resources. The owner is o big solar power products company with headquarters and products display in an adjacent building. It has two swiming pools binside/outside.

Clean rooms, staff eager to please. 7 It is nice to see 5 star hotels appearing in Dezhou. Having said that, Dezhou is new to the 5 star hotel concept, and even though the hotel may be built to fir such standards, the staff clearly lacks proper training and experience, as the duty manager actually admitted to me. The staff is eager to please, but you also need to exercise patience to have the most basic services provided. The buffet (breakfast and dinner, did not go for lunch) is somewhat mediocre, service practically non-existent, quality of food sub-par, and dishes cold and not renewed.
