Not such a good hotel
Not a hotel I will stay in ever again

The hotel is probably the worse one I have picked in all my life. The service was poor and the smell of cigarette all over the room (I am talking on a non-smoking room). It is clean but the smells kills it. I had the most uncomfortable night and couldn't wait to get out of there. The location is Okay and had I known the city better, I would have picked a different hotel to stay.

The hotel staff were very eager to please and assist. Even though most could not understand English very well, they tried their best to understand the guests' needs. Fairly efficient staff.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel staff were able to provide knowledge on shopping malls and streets.

this has been a well used hotel. our room had a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom had new fixtures, but the sheets and towels were thread bare and thin.

The location is good if you want to get train to other destinations. It is also convenient to have "little sheep" hot pot at night until 4am. There are a lot restaurants nearby. We can enjoy hot spring inside the room. Reasonable price with good service. If the price includes breakfast, it will be better!

massage service is just opposite to the hotel

Hotel is located on a crowded crossing in the city.
When arriving at the hotel, a kind of group was checking in... and I had to wait for about 20 minutes before one of the reception clerks finally looked at me.
None can speak any word English.
The room was OK with internet connection, but all TV channels were in Chinese only.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.00am, but nothing was ready before 7.20... and everything served for breakfast was Chinese food only: congee, vegetables, fish balls... even no rice nor noodles, and of course no bread nor coffee. Definitely not for international traveller!
Travel tip:
A Mc Donalds restaurant in front of the hotel allows you to eat something else if you don't like Chinese food for breakfast...

Nice Hotel with good size rooms
Good size room, clean & well designed

Nice Hotel & does seem conveniently located (though I did not have a chance to go around due to my short biz stay there). Hotel staff are helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
