Located on the banks of the famous Beijiang River this luxury hotel is excellent for touring the river gorge with the Feilai and Feixia temples. Near the heart of Qingyuan city it is a short distance to the Ying Zhi Cheng Plaza, and an hour to the Guangzhou Airport. This hotel was constructed in 2007 and all 368 modern rooms are at least 40 square meters in size and are equipped with broadband, LCD TV, a minibar, dual shower, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel. Children at the Sofitel

The Sofitel does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.

For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.
