Spacious Rooms, Excellent Furnishings, Extremely Helpful Staff.
I stayed here for 2 weeks during the Canton Fair, and I can say is that I never regretted it one bit. An absolutely great place to stay and relax, 5-7mins walk from 2 different MTRs, Shuttle Bus to and from the fair. Everything you need in an apartment, 2 Flast screen TV's, Bose Cinema Surround, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Kettle, Microwave, Hobs, Utensils etc etc. There's no restaurant as it's a serviced apartment but the room has 2 menus from Woo's Cuisine and Boca Cafe if you want them delivered to your room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Spacious and good service
Taxi driver don't know where's the hotel located
Very very comfortable with full facilities like kitchen with microwave, big frige, washing machine, dish washer machine , in living room they have home theatre set , dinner table and working desk section with free internet access. Big bathroom , soft mattress in bedroom and all equipments that mentioned are good quality . Almost staffs can speak english and always smile. good security too. convenience store just another side of hotel. restaurant and MRT 4-5 mins walk distance .
Shopping Tip : walking distance to Gangding the computer and IT shopping center almost 10 building there and you can find something to eat cause many restaurants .

clean, big, and friendly staff. room had all the amenities of an apartment, 2 tv's and a couch. huge suite.
hotel was in a large dirty construction zone. lots of dust.
Ascott is much like renting an apartment suite. it's not your regular hotel room. contains wash / dryer, kitchen with fridge, spoons, etc. very clean and roomy. definitely a better alt. than a standard hotel layout.
Restaurant Tip : head towards grandview mall. all the best food joints are there. couple blocks away.
