Facilities are great, staff is efficient/effectively bi-lingual.

Additional lobby seating wouldn't hurt? Elevator access to certain floors was a little annoying.

Nice hotel, proximate to my business partner so traffic/location was not an issue for me. Comfortable room, and spacious. Bed was good, gym was adequate.

Shopping Tip : Kiosks and shops w.in 2 minute walk have snacks/beverages for a faction of the minibar cost.

Well located, good room, 20 minutes by cab to Guangzhou East Railway Station. I had a pleasant stay. I browsed through the community stores around the hotel with a great deal of interest...quite safe in my opinion.

Lots of people in the lobby (which was probably too big).

I would go back to this hotel again. As a businessman this hotel gave me good value!

Shopping Tip : Buy from the local community around the hotel vicinity. Good value for goods sold.
