Clean and confortable, above all reasonable price! A little bit far from stations and airport. This hotel will give you good value in general. The issue is only its location. It's hard to walk from/to subway station, so you should use taxi. If you are willing to use public bus, no problem. However traffice is always heavy when it rains.

Centralised, convenient, friendly staff especially the front office managers and the conceige. lack of 24 hours cafe. If it is not possible to cater for 24 hours cafe at least have room service up to mid-night. This is my first experience staying in this hotel and I enjoy every moment of my stay. The breakfast spread at the cafe has a good choice of western and chinese cuisine. The hotel location is convenient for visitors to move around for food, shopping(just 2 mins walk, you will be able to shop where the locals shop) and sightseeing.

Room is big enough, very clean, very good service. The best is a good breakfast inclued, so many choices. I have asked for two more towels, quick response. Far from downtown, hard to get taxi, as there are so many projects being constructed, traffic congested everywhere, make sure you get enough time to get to the place you want. Bathroom got leaking but still the same after I have told them what was wrong...well, then I just asked two more floor towels for..., I got not enough time and needed late check out, I have to pay for another half day rate after 2 pm. This is a good hotel if you have lot of time to spend on public traffic. The government of Guangzhou is spending lot of money to improve the traffic, I hope after the projects has been completed, people would spend less time to reach here in Tinhe area. If I have time, I will be back to this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : right turn after you go out from hotel, just opposite of the Tinhe Park, there is a market, very interesting place especially at night, you can find so many foods from here, delicious, cooking from different provinces of China.

Jag valde det här hotellet efter att ha läst recensioner och jag är mycket glad för detta. Det var två av oss och var och tog en överlägsen King Room. Rummen var rent, snyggt och bekvämt men lite packad som kungen säng tar större delen av utrymmet, men ändå Jag var där för att vila och en god natts sömn som jag hade tack vare den smidiga ganska ambient. Personalen på hotellet var vänliga och hjälpsamma och gjorde allt de kunde för att hjälpa oss. Maten i restaurangen var en blandning av chineese och västra öppen buffé till frukost och middag, och vi verkligen njöt alla måltider. Taxibilar i Guangzhou är relativt billig och en resa till flygplatsen kostar 140 RMB

The breakfast buffet was great (chinese dimsum and american). The staff in front desk and porters were very friendly and efficient. Rooms very clean and great mattresses! Hotel looks old from the outside with some missing letters in hotel signage. But when you go in, all is well! Nowhere to go to in the vicinity. There is a strip 5 mins. walk from hotel where you can buy snacks, etc. but for retail shopping such as clothes and shoes , forget it! Our 5 day stay at the hotel was great and hassle free. Shuttles leave from the hotel earlier than scheduled (if they are already full!). Always be there 15 mins before departure to be safe. Staff were friendly. Food was great...just dont order anything too western (our french toast still tasted like chinese food!). Overall, I would stay here again.
Shopping Tip : There are no retail stores near the hotel. Zero western brand names/stores. There is only this 5 min walk strip which is like a small night market. No one speaks english in all restaurants and shops so we ended up pointing at the pictures in the resto and of course have yr handy calculator for bargaining. Local bread stores and small grocery 5 min walk fr hotel so better stock up on yr midnight snack food.

Good clean hotel, 15 Minutes by taxi or coach to the Pazhou exhibition centre. 10 Minutes to all shopping malls. (tee mall, grandview mall etc). Mcdonalds, pizza hut, around 10 minutes walk. Always have a member of staff who can communicate enough in english. Very helpful staff. Ten minutes by taxi for Halal food or a couple of small not very clean restaurants near by. No mtero line near by, not too many non-chinese people in the area who walk about, but otherwise its safe and good place to be. I wouldnt advise leaving anything in the room safe. The Hotel is very nice and clean and the staff very helpful at all times. Showers clean with hot water and rooms cleaned nicely. TV channels are ok but with only around two english channels others in chinese. Breakfast has a good enough range in the buffet. Make sure you have the address in chinese when you travel to it. Its not near any of the more branded shopping malls but if you walk about there are plenty of shops about. Everything else is accessible around 10-15 minutes by taxi.

Clean rooms. Free internet access. Not a bad breakfast. Great staff that are very helpful and speak ok english There wasn't any that I could really think of I have stayed in this hotel twice now, and the reason being that the staff are always very welcoming and they speak pretty good English. I actually needed to change my flight dates, and due to my lack of understanding of Chinese language, I was helped by the staff to actually do that for me. The rooms are cleaned every morning. The Breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food. Great variety. Everytime I stayed in the hotel, I was given a room with the city view, which was great. The hotel is not too far from all the exciting entertainment area such as bar St, where there are some nice bars and restaurants by the riverside. It is also close to the Pazhou CIFF trade fair. Above all, it is always a pleasant stay and thats whu I always return.
Travel tip : Close to the Pazhou CIFF trade fair centre.

decent size room, hotel overall ok, staff helpful i thought it was far from all the markets hotel is not bad at all for price, this hotel is value for money. the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with the bathrooms very clean.in room safes worked well.the reception was always looking great and staff their when you needed them.the buffet breakfast was great value as well and a great way to start the day

Enough number of English speaking staff. Quite near Canton Fair exhibition center. A bit far from Metro station. Needs a bus ride of about 10-15 minutes. The experience was enjoyable as the front desk staff are all very well trained and can speak and understand English sufficiently. However, there was difficulty communicating with room service on the telephone as those who pick up the phones did not understand English to be effective. Any contact was thus made either through the concierge to get any room service or through the front desk.
This is an area they can improve on.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A nice park across the road which has musicians playing and entertaining the public.

Breakfast Very good and Served Hot.
Lots of choices and very fresh fruits and Food. Taxi drivers in the city do not know where the hotel is .
From the fair you have to carry the hotel address with you or you will go for a tour of the city. I was well recieved and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff tryed very hadr to keep every one happy.
I recomend this hotel to every one.

Nice decor room and free internet access. very far away from city center, no taxi during rush hours and staff do not speak good English. It is a nice and rather new hotel with a nice decor room plus free internet access, however, it is located very far from city center. One can hardly get a taxi during morning rush hours and not many taxi drivers know the hotel and it is a big hassle to explain, if you do not speak English, then you can forget about it. Bring along the hotel map location and show it to the taxi driver to save the trouble of explaining. Will not stay in this hotel the next time I come to Guangzhou for Canton Fair.

close to the fair, Shuttle buss and taxi available. clean rooms smell good and freash. Taxi's do not know where this hotel is but it has a great location. Free parking in the back of the hotel.
Breakfast was great every thing eas reash and the food was served hot and the cook prepaired your eggs for you as per your specifications.

Good location for visitors to the exhibition centre, friendly and helpful staff, good, well appointed rooms, good food.
Only a handful of front office staff fluent in English. After a five night stay, we left on a disgusting note when despite explanations we were charged an exorbitant RMB 25.00 (US $ 4.00) for a missing tea spoon. Moral of the story...forget about your possessions but keep the hotel items in the locker provided in the rooms.
