Huge hotel, everything inside
From restaurant to travel agency just inside the hotel

Just one night, but I found everything I needed inside, from restaurants to souvenir shops, from a barber to a travel agency where to plan next stops. The room was quite shabby and smelled heavily of smoke (despite being non-smoking). The hotel was undergoing (much needed) renovation and they were drilling just outside my window. Luckily they didn't start that early. It is just outside a trafficked metro station.

It is a very nice stay! The hotel is very grand and large with polite staff. The room is very big and clean with adequate facilities; you can choose to bath or shower in the toilet! The only thing to complain about is the TV is rather old and small. I would recommend it for both families and couples. Try it out!

Happy & pleasantly surprised. The pool which we used regularly was clean well maintained & beautiful to swim in, the garden very romantic for after dinner strolls. Which were needed after dinning in the very nice Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

hotel provides restaurant, spa and entertainment club already, so close to mtr station and commercial and shopping area. highly recommend to those business travellers.

Very Large and well run hotel

Had lovely time here. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed sitting outside in the central courtyard garden. The room was well maintained and roomy. and the hotel was conveniently placed to restaurants and Metro.The beds are a little too firm like most Chinese beds.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must get metro to Huangsha station and wander around Shamian island and visit the White Swan Hotel. on the Pearl River.

Terribly disorganised - They couldn't work out whether i had paid for breakfast or not even though i had; They wouldn't let me charge anything to the room despite having a 1500RMB deposit down. Terrible English - simple thing like 6th floor they couldn't say. The receptionsit said 1st and the conceirge 4th. Finally somebody knew how to say 6. Terrible service, i don't remember one staff smiling or saying hello, even simple facial acknowledgements when asking for something at the restuarant were missing. I definitely would not stay there again. It's next to a park which is the only nice thing i have to say.
