The hotel is beautiful, with wide comfortable & lovely designed rooms. The staff is very kind & helpfull. Hotel is located OK. Do not use the massage nearby (outside) the hotel - the prices are not attractive. Arrival to hotel is acceptable with the bus which stops at the hotel's entrance.
Money exchange rates were good at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Use the restaurant at the hotel - at the end of the 1st wing of the hotel.

I went out alone on a number of occasions, (woman in 50's) by using taxis. I did a lot of walking and felt at ease in the city. Ask a taxi driver to take you to the jade, pearl and bead markets!!
Travel tip : Try a local hairdresser. I have very long hair and for $4Au I had my hair washed and dried. A foot massage is also a must, both of these were walking distance of hotel.
