Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Clean and quiet with spacious rooms. Service was also good with free breakfast and internet. Price was very acceptable.
Location was away from major streets which made it very difficult to get taxi's (a must in China), had to wait up to 15 minutes to get a taxi one day.
I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future. The price was good and they offered free breakfast as well as internet. The hotel was clean, the service was good and the rooms were spacious. On the negative side, it was a bit loud due to the construction outside but that seems to be the norm in China with the tremendous growth that the country is experiencing. The biggest negative was the location which was far from major streets and that made it very difficult to get taxis. One day I had to wait up to 15 minutes just to get a taxi.
Shopping Tip : Very nice mall (Teeway) located only 5 minutes away by taxi

Need more English speaking
I use Ogoda to make my hotel reservation, apparently I had to stay an extra day. The hotel management could not allow me to stay with the same price. I was asked to make an other reservation by using Ogoda again if I wanted to benefit the same price, the worst part since it was time for me to Check out, I was asked to make an other deposit of 500 RMD until the new reservation is done. As a business person it was a lost of time and also to much red tape.

Clean.
Great for massages in the spa.
Nice sized rooms.
The rooms are clean and big with great bathrooms. The position is not great and it always takes long to get there with the Guanzhou traffic. The spa on the 6th floor offers fantastic foot massages which goes down well after a day on your feet and they operate until 3:00am. The staff are efficient and relatively friendly.

I believed when they finish the construction from of the hotel it will be shown to the public.
Some staff do speak english but most are not which found very difficult when I first came in.
I think this might be long story, my first bad experience was with the immigration at the border, when they took my British passport away for almost 2 -3 hours, and also asking me how many passport do I have which I found the much stupid question, at the end I was told to enter since I was delay from 9p.m to 1a.m in the morning.
However, I asked question what is the reason they have to delay me, they respond no comments.
About the hotel I have a problem with floor they checked me in which is 6th Floor which I believed is a smoking floor and rang the reception next when I was feeling unconfortable.

A good breakfast buffet and rather close to the City centre.
Everything else: outdated and worn out rooms, terrible surroundings, staff of which some a friendly, but very few with any knowledge of English.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet is good and the hotel is rather close to the City. Everything else is pretty much horrible. The rooms are outdated and worn, and lots of noise coming in. The surroundings are straight out of Dante's Inferno, and the staff of which some are friendly, very few actually have any knowledge of English.
Travel tip : If you do have to stay here: try the restaurant, because they do a great job.

Very Nice Hotel. Help with your bags.
Terrible Location with no restaurants nearby. Staff didn't speak very good english.
This hotel was very nice. The service was great they wouldn't let me carry my own bags. The room was very clean and nice and there was a welcome fruit basket. The window into the shower and bathroom was a little weird but I guess this is common in China. The staff's english was not very good. The location was also not very good because it was basically in the middle of a spaghetti junction of overpasses and there weren't really any restaurants nearby.

By the beautiful interior of a room in building a better
Just as was the building of a new hotel, the room was beautiful. Also, the proper education of employees is rare in China, the hotel was well-supported. A bad location in the hotel's shuttle bus, and I want to use.

Kindness to the entire staff. Kusa Moyo has been cleaned.
In the same five stars, with smart interior for foreign things like the atmosphere was different.
