This hotel is very centrally located and that is the only reason we stayed there. Rooms are shoddy. Supposed to be a serviced apartment but it did not even have a cup and saucer. Beds are very hard

good location, well maintained. near shopping centers, beijing road and loads of restaurants. a bit far from mrt station but taxis and other transports available easily. room a bit cold event when the aircon is off maybe its winter. the bed is typical chinese bed hard and stiff but still ok. hot water is good. tv is well equipped with sports channel.

stinky smell in the room, no water to flush the toilet, no instant hot water in bathroom which takes 20 mins to pre-heat, dirty floor, poor noise insulation, check out take more than half an hour and receptionist not well trained.

this is great location and very good price especially booking with Agoda, modern decoration, but only 1 bad things is the smelling of other smoke even you are in the room. i recommend you to use clothes close the gab between door and floor.
