Location is reasonably good; spacious room; good food (but a bit expensive); good hospitality; good service Ceramic tiles in the toilet are rather old (with black / brown spots), smelled damp; carpet also quite aged I am impressed with the front desk manager, she was very efficient and customer focused. She helped me to get my refund from Agoda through consistent follow ups. In general the staffs are well trained and serve well, the only unfortunate thing is, some of the hotel staffs are speaking Mandarin with heavy hometown accent and can’t communicate in English; this may incur unhappy dealings or misunderstanding.
Restaurant Tip : The Chinese Restaurant besides the hotel serves good food but a bit pricy

Decoration in the room and hotel is very nice and beautiful. it 's far from the metro station so to go anywhere is not convenient. This hotel is very nice and beautiful, it is best for the shopping and night life but it 's far from metro station so if you want to go to Canton Fair it's not convenient. However hotel have a shuttle bus to serve the fair.
