Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Large room, kind staff, friendly porters, breakfast. Rather near to Guangzhou East station where there is the direct train from Hongkong.
There are not many places for lunch and dinner near the hotel.
I was a second-timer at this hotel. I was very impressed that it is improved very much. There was the suggestion of the Deluxe Suite room beforehand because of my wheelchair. Though the additional charge was necessary, I could enjoy staying there very much. I would like to stay there again with the same conditions.

clean, great location, staff spoke enough english (the porter spoke the best)
tv broke but then there was only one english channel - bbc news 24. the towel rail broke too but was fixed very quickly.
Young female, solo traveller that needed somewhere relatively inexpensive, well known, safe, clean, central and english speaking to stay on first visit to china. Was relatively easy for the airport taxi driver to find. Felt safe and the area is really nice and had everything i needed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : has a nice park in the middle of the square very nearby.

Very clean.
Well apponted.
Recently updated and fitout.
Located close to station and services.
Friendly staff.
Prices a little high due to trade fair.
Well located hotel that has been recently upgraded. Staff were helpful and English language not too bad. We did have to pay extra as our visit coincided with a large trade fair, but we were upgraded to a suite which was wery well appointed. This is a nice hotel and not too large with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was enough, but not the big American type, more the usual Chinese / American offer, but more then enough to keep you going.
Overall a reasonable value, clean and comfortable hotel and better then most Chinese hotels. 3 to 4 star
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just 5 minutes walk to the station for travellers want to go to other China or Hong Kong destinations
