Situated very good

Old. TV out of function. Minibar out of order and empty. No breakfast room for continental breakfast

An old hotel with a lot of minus but a very nice staff who was very helpful. They gave me a nice room when I arrived late at night 2.30 as I could not get the hotel I have booked and paid for as the taxidrivers did not know where it was. Grand Peak hotel.When I told the staff that there was no minibar they sent what I wanted but I had to pay cash as the computersystem was out of order. Summery: I will never return to this hotel when I come to Guangzhou next time. And I am very disapointed over the fact that I also had to pay for a hotel which I never reached. I am not sure I want to use your agency next time. Too many disappointment unfortunately

Location close to wholesale centers, bus terminals, furnishing fairly modern, in-house Internet access cable.

Some reception staffs not too friendly but most are ok. A bit smaller then expected for a business grade room.

Good location for business visitors. Acceptable price for my business city view room. Fairly comfortable stay. I'll return if in Guangzhou again.

Location - near to metro station and opposite Shopping Plaza. Room and bathroom in very good condition. Restaurant and massage parlor within Hotel building.

Poor staff performance.Only few of them were friendly and helpful. Most of them could not communicate in English.

Had a miscommunication but it was quickly resolved. I would like to thank Agoda for the quick action but really hope this kind of mis-communication can be avoided in future.
