convenient, central, good english
For western travelers, there is a lot of the familiarity of "home" in this hotel, though it's definitely a Chinese version of a Holiday Inn in decor, hospitality, and cuisine...all of which are good things. There is a bus stop for the city airport shuttle directly out front (we almost always stay here when we are in transit from southeastern China to other points in China). This particular time we got a free upgrade because the room we reserved were full. Courteous staff and easy-in, easy-out reception. Thanks!

The location is good, the building is nice, but the rooms need to be renovated urgently! It is not comparable to the other Holiday Inn of the region. (Singapore, Bangkok.)
