Great location but small toilets and rooms
Very friendly staff, nice restaurants and helpful staff to find your needs.

The hotel location was nice where on west you have long river side to walk at evening and have fun. On east, you have long way to walk to find nice things to buy,
I recommend you walk as much as you can to explore the area, both day and night to find your like and dislike. In Dec, weather very nice to walk with your wife and child but watch for traffic as you cross the roads.
Nightlife Tip:
Nice night club at walking distance, but do not rush... Like places you find 6-7 different type in near by while you are walking around.

The hotel was one of the best hotel I have stayed in it holds the futures of fife stars hotel plus great location nice prices and large rooms if you think about shopping think of this hotel the staff were very helpful and our stay was. Great
The only problem they did not have in room wifi

recommended this hotel and reasonable price. clean room and if u book the river view room type. u will get a such beautiful scenery of the guangzhou river. at the second floor of the hotel there are the hot pot restaurant and also highly recommended. food are fresh and taste so delicious.

Very good location hotel, closed to shopping areas like Beijing Road, and many other places such as electronic market and railway station. Room is rather small compared to other hotel that I stayed before in Guangzhou. The view is nice, I got 25th floor and has a nice panoramic view of the pearl river. Too bad, there is no wifi in the room, only lan cable which is not useful for my IPAD and android. The breakfast is quite expensive, 70 RMB per person, and the food quality is not that good, so so, frankly speaking. The hotel staffs can speak English quite OK, but the check in procedure is quite slow. I really like the bathtub, it is just nice, about good height and comfortably.
I honestly like this hotel for this business trip, but not recommend for pleasure.
Shopping Tip:
Beijing Lu (Road) is a big shopping area within walking distance from the hotel.

the executive room with a river view was excellent value. the hotel was close to the train station, river cruise and beijing lu shopping district. cons: breakfast and smoking in common areas.

I booked Lanmark Room(new renovate room) but when I arrived, they was fulled. I was up grading to bussiness room. it was bigger room but old.
Restaurant Tip:
second floor in hotel has Hot Pot restuarant and in the hotel also has family mart. the restuarant next to hotel (on the left) was very good but a bit expensive.

A hotel with good value

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is located in the center area of the river as well as the downtown of the city. It offers travelers good access to the subway station. The hotel room we stayed is spacious, clean and quiet.

Now they have new promotion add 1¥ for 1chicken, but you have to go early otherwise you will have to wait.
