staff are friendly, clean and comfortable room, spacious room, wifi available everywhere, location is good, close to Railway station. Buffet breakfast is ok, but the price performance for both lunch and dinner do not seem worth. Anyway, I will still choose it next time if there is a discount rate offer.

Booked another night in the hotel when i knew i will be staying another day. However, was told at check in first day that i have to come down to set the room card again. Did not have to pay deposit. The gym was nice but the pool is a little small and you have to go through the gym to use it. The restaurant and jap buffet was good for its price. Bath tub is a little small and my shoulders and arms were touching the edge. I am a small man and i don think westerners can fit into the tub.. Had no separate shower and have to stand in the tub to shower. Excellent location and good for it price.

We have spent a weekend at the Jianguo Hotel, which is close to the train station east when arriving in Guangzhou with the train fron Hong Kong. Nice pool to cool off. Very relaxing spa with nice massage. Staff speaks english and everyone is very friendly. There is a metro station in close location so that you can use the underground. There are some coffee shops near by with asmall shopping centre, so everything is available in close distance. Very clear room and modern interior. I would recommend for a stay in Guangzhou.

i enjoyed my stay. the staff was polite and helpful. it's room is cleaned and free wifi was additional plus point
one minus: not sure why i only had one breakfast offered though i booked the room for two. in the end, i did not partake the breakfast for my three days stay. they shd b more flexible. esp for couples on honeymoon
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do try find bus routes to move are. U get To do some sight seeing as compared to squeeze the human jam in train cabins.

i have stayed at many hotels throughtout china and this is one of the best i have come across for its price. The room is nice and clean and comfortable and there are many eateries in the hotel. Asked for ice around midnight and 5 minutes later, the ice was delivered to my room from a guy in a suit. He did not even pretend to wait for tips and was very sincere in his service although it was only ice. Check in was super fast and efficient. the guard at the lift seems to check on every customer by giving them the 'are you staying here' look.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Jusco where there are many shops and eateries. Ikea is a waste of time unless you need furniture. Too crowed to queue up for their meatballs too. Better still take the metro to all the shopping areas.

Stayed 2 nights but my flight is on the 3rd night midnight. I checked out on the 3rd day noon and the hotel was nice to extend late check out until 2 pm.
The duty manager Anna gave us 2 free complimentary longue drinks and it was the best service hotel that I had stayed so far in China....!!
