not to far from the city about 15 mnts i like the location and the vu from the room and the room is new and modern look the reception area are nice even the stuff are profetionel the service is verrrrrrry goooooood and the restaurant is rished of variety food and the is clean .

This Hotel is located just in front of the Guangzhou East Railway Station The location is a big plus especially for those coming from Hong Kong thru train. It's also convenient for traveling by Metro. The area has a big Jusco super market and department store and lots of nice eats. will definitely consider staying again when i'm in Guangzhou.

excellent location; just located next to Guangzhou East Station Perfect location; just located next to Guangzhou East Station. If you travel to or from Hong Kong. This hotel is perfect for you. The hotel & room itself is also modern. There is big shopping Mall and supermarket just opposite the hotel. I have been to Guangzhou almost 10 times and this hotel is the best. I'm sure will stay at this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip : Big shopping Mall with supermarket just opposite the hotel.

Bathroom let the room down a bit No complaints. Ideal place to stay if you are catching the train to Hong Kong the following morning. Just to note: when I went to the station the previous day to buy tickets, the outside ticket office was closed - you needed to go into the station itself, through the airport style screening and up the escalator on the right to buy a ticket (one way was 168 Yuan).

Excellent location, Free Internet and Wireless, Decent Breakfast I really liked this hotel. It's not 5 star, but the price made it worthwhile. Also, even though Agoda said that breakfast wasn't included, they threw it in for free anyway. The rooms are nicely furnished and modern, although they did not include an ironing board and iron in the room which did bother me as a business traveler. The view also overlooks the Guangzhou East Station and surrounding park, which I liked as well.
Hotel Feature Tip : They might throw in breakfast anyway! Give it a go.

Great ammenities, Dining & room appointments. This Hotel is a short walk from Guangzhou East Rail Station just 2 hours from Hong Kong on a good train.
It provides a high class service from entry to settling you into your room. Internet cable is free & just needs you to switch on. A great pool & Gym and massage is available. The food is a good selection of high quality.
Restaurant Tip : A very nice Chinese Restuarant is located on the same side of the road, past Ikea, across the first
road intersection 50 metres on your left. It is underground but very good Cuisine.

Everything expected in a Hotel is good here. This is a great quality service hotel. The room appointments are very nice. The Internet is free and effective. The Pool & Massage is really great and professional. Food in the various Dining areas and service is first class. It is 5 Star but economic too.
Hotel Feature Tip : The 'Foot Massage' is very professional and reasonable for 70 minutes. Satisfies weary feet.

beautiful health center, swimming pool, snooker room room clean but furnishings a bit austere.
some rooms don't have separate shower/bathtub and tub too narrow to stand in. For anyone coming from HK by train, Jian Guo Hotel is by far the most convenient hotel. Located directly behind the GZ East Rail Station, there's no need to take a taxi. The hotel is as nice as any in the same price range and the staff are totally professional and gracious. The room was clean and housekeeping and room service fine. The outdoor swimming pool is small and shallow, but has a waterfall at one end. The only real drawback is no in-room wi-fi. We will definitely stay there again.

very nice and clean hotel 26 floors with 5 elevators; the bed and the pillows the best; in the bath you have all the amnieties; breakfast was good but cheese and tomatoes were very rearly; if you like chinese food you can have one of the best breakfast very nice and clean hotel situated in the richest area of Guangzhou; is 2min. walk far from East railway station and 30min. by taxi far from the shopping area ( taxi is very cheap); staff very helpfull ( mark on map what u need). the room big with all the facilities and the best bed and pillows!
Travel tip : location: 2min walk from Railway to hong Kong;
very clean area; vis-a-vis is Pizza Hut and another 2 good restaurants

the hotele is one of the most comfortable stay in guangzho . i always like to stay in this hotel . it have a good location which is the realway station is very near and the sabway is also cloos to the raelway and the bas station so and taxi is too much . the staff of the hotel is very helpfull and frandly . the rooms has moderm decoration style whith cleaning and good servic .i can go around the hotel with very nic park walking and good varayty of food rasturants.
and if i like to go any shoping area is so easy by metro or by taxi . also i can find very near bank is only 30 meatr a way .also i stay in the hotel when the CANTON FAIR , is very comfortabl which is the bus is provaied free and i can apply the fair visited card insid the hotel very easy and the staff is so welcumed and the make a coctail party to welcumed . fainaly i choos the ark veiw room non smoking and enjoy the the morning nic veiw .

The Jianguo Hotel is very convenient located. It is close to the Guanzhoy East rail station if you travel by train from Hong Kong and it is close to the MTR & Airport Express There is not a lot of shoppping or nightlife around the hotel This hotel offers everything you need if you visit the fair. The bus collects you at the hotel & brings you back to the hotel from the fair. The food is good and the rooms are spacioues and lovely to stay in. Make sure to ask to look over the Tianhe Square/gardens it is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Shopping Tip : La Perla shopping mall is only 10min drive from the hotel. The Westin Hotel up the road also offers a great spa & dinner.

Restaurants lacking life in the evening even with hotel fully booked. As a business traveler my experience at the Jinguo hotel was a very pleasant one. I went during the Canton fair so the hotel was fully booked but my check in was quick and easy, the staff was always helpfull & polite. The breakfast buffet was a real delight. The room service menu was on the other hand a little poor (no club sandwiche !!) & the hotel restaurants lacked some life & zest in the evening.
