superior location standard service

An up-to-standard service with fair price. The hotel is conveniently located and the exterior is good looking. The room is clean and tidy though I think the bathing soup is a bit sub standard. This is the only point that need improvement inside the room. The service counter is efficient and effective after all.
Restaurant Tip:
The breakfast is fairly charged but the choice of the dishes can be extended with higher price that I think most of the customers are willing to pay for it. For the welcoming white wine is one of the brilliant ideas that took me by surpised, not only as a small token but also signifying the expertise of the hotel as a wine seller.

this is the second time i stayed in the jovenstars ,i liked it because of the location and the friendly staffs and the hotel is very clean ,with lots of restaurants around ,and the metro station is only yards away,it is very convenient so i will stay in this hotel again if i ever travel to guangzhou again

Great location. clean, decent price. I moved my room twice due to the pervasive and nauseating odor of cigarette smoke. The staff was kind and helpful, but the hotel needs to enforce a non-smoking policy if they want to attract non-smokers. This can easily be accomplished by stating smokers in non-smoking rooms will lose their deposit.

Amazing restaurant, Wilbur's, about a 20 min walk away.

love this hotel

i stayed here on 3 different occasions. all of them were satisfying. the cleanliness is what got me loving this hotel. everything feels new and i hope they keep it that way. it's only a 5 minute walk to the nearest (ouzhuang) mrt station. breakfast is alright, nothing much to brag. service was good and everyone staying at the hotel is served a glass of champagne upon checking in. check in was slow but i notice that goes for any other hotels in china, even the internationally 5 starred hotels.
Shopping Tip:
take the mrt to gong yuan qian station to go to the famous beijing road for your shopping needs.

Close to the OuZhuang MTR station with just 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The lobby of hotel is grand. For security reason, guest do need a pass card to go up the floors. Room is clean and well maintained. The ventilation doesn't work very well in the toilet.

It is very close to the OuZhuang train station within 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The lobby of hotel is grand. For security reason, guest do need a pass card to go up the floors. Room is clean and well maintained. Air con works well but without heater function. Will definitely stay here next time.
