Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

1. My room is spacious and clean
2. Staff are friendly and warm
3. Accessible to places of interest
1. No currency exchange service
2. Breakfast items were generally same for 3 days and average in taste
3. No bathtub in my room
It took me about 30 minutes from airport to reach King Garden Hotel. The hotel's facade reminds me of elegant residential building with its uphill driveway to reach it main entrance.
Upon reaching, I am immediately served by the friendly staff and got myself check into the room soon after the non hassle check-in.
The room is spacious and clean and equipped with proper personal amenities, beverages. However, a missing bathtub is rather disappointing since it boasted to be national standard of a 5 star hotel
In the business centre, the staff there were warm and friendly in providing me the information to reach those places of interest and shopping centres. A staff even surf the internet to provide me the actual address of the shop. With their help, I am to reach the major museums, parks and shopping around King Garden hotel.
It was enjoyable 3 nights stay for me.

Worst experience ever.
Recently I booked to executive suites in this hotel based on the description on the Agoda pages, and additionally checked on the hotels own web pages.
Everything looked good until our arrival.
When arrived I received the room in the building B located 100 meter from the reception and main building. On the pictures it looks very nice with piano and pleasant atmosphere, in real live the building is empty, and looks more like an cemetery.
The building is alive only during the breakfast which is below any critics.
(Breakfasts in China are usually bad, but this experience was worse than average).
The rooms was not bigger than shoe box and don’t even possess an refrigerator or mini bar.
The executive in this connection means that the room includes an bathroom you don’t need to share with anybody.
When I asked where the swimming pool was located, I got the answer that it does not belong to the hotel, and I have to pay separately and that it was located couple of hundred meters from the main area. Using that advertising method they can also state on their web pages that they have an sauna, but it is not their and is located in Helsinki, Finland.
Usually when arrived to any hotel the guest are asked for security prepayment for overheads. Quite obvious for me.
In this hotel the staff can call you room at 2:00 AM and ask you for coming to the reception in order to pay 100 RMB (15 USD). Can anybody imagine that ? After whole day hard work to be awakened in the middle of the night in order to pay for 2 beer ?
The afternoon before my departure I ordered at the reception an wakeup call 5:30 AM.
At quarter to 6 AM I had to wakeup the receptionist in slipping behind the desk in the main hall and tell him that he was supposed to call me 30 minutes before.
Stay away from this hotel unless you really need to be extremely frustrated.
Best regards

the hotel rooms was ok, big rooms nice toilet and bath.
staff of the hotel hardly speak english, its not beside metro station.
king garden hotel for me is a very nice hotel, the toilet and bath for me is clean. the room was big and clean, the only problem is that when i checked in they said that i have to pay for the extra bed which i have already paid with agoda but it was fixed the next day. the restaurant at the back was good but they served quite long, and in the morning its always packed so you have to wait so long to get a seat.
