Messed up my reservation details. Requested for a twin bed but got a king size instead. Small matter though.
Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Was here for business and the location is central enough that most of my business contacts and cab drivers knew where it was. Taking a taxi to anywhere such as major shopping malls took about 5-15 mins depending on traffic. Did not try the food at the hotel though.Who does anyway where the restaurants outside the hotels are excellent. the hotel doesn't have a spa but there is one right next to it and it is reasonably priced.
Nightlife Tip : nightlife is bustling nearby the hotels. KTVs, dance clubs, bar and restaurants are all 5-10 taxi ride away.

Room had a good layout, Rather pleasant and restful
the f&b outlets were dismal. thank goodness there were places to eat within walking distance
I had a pleasant room, the layout was good and the staff were freindly and helpful. F&B outlets were strangely located and even the spa and health/gym were dubious....dark unlit corridors? I chose the hotel for the location. that was satisfactory.
Shopping Tip : the hotel is very close the the east train station
