Very clean, well furnished & decorated, and up to the standards.
Very far than downtow and only shuttle to downtown.
In general, the hotel is very nice, located in a very calm and clean area. Staff and their manager are very nice. I've been there for the canton fair and there was a shuttle bus which takes visitors to the fair. It happened that my friend missed the return back shuttle though he was waiting in the specified area. He complaint to the hotel and they have rewarded him with a free dinner.
As the other Chinese hotels, communication is little bit difficult.
