Very old hotel, needs revamping

I have stayed in this hotel before 3 years ago. Location is still great. Back then, the rooms are comfortable and clean. However, this time I checked-in to a twin bedded Superior Room on the 24th floor with a friend only to find both beds were infested with bed bugs!!! Immediately we called for room service and they put us into a Business Room on the 13th floor. The staff apologised and assured us that this better room is clean and bug-free. Aside from the bugs, the overall experience in this hotel is still good.

Great location but hotel is now too old and quality of service deteriorated fast compared to last year when i stayed in this hotel. towels needs to be replaced (color has already become grey)

Super location, the hotel located at the end of the walking street. Food and coffee are just around there. there is no wifi, so you need to bring your laptop to use the LAN in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel for it's location with easy access to almost every things. Shopping is so convenient that you will shop till you drop if you like shopping. Restaurants are scatters surrounding this hotel so dining is never a problem,we have tried almost all kinds of food nearby which is reasonable priced and tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean and we stay again next time.
