Hard to sleep at night. This room we got at the 10th floor was older as opposed to the other rooms we have stayed before. Too much noise from upper floor. Will move/upgrade to a different room.

Good location but disappointing room

Stayed couple of times before in this hotel. Room we got was quite old as opposed to the other rooms we have stayed before. Too noisy as well, not sure if they are gambling or something but too much noise from upper floor. Bad experience.

Extremely Good Location But Lousy Receptionist!
good dim sum! 2min walk to mtr entrance! beijing pedestrain road is just across the road!

poor receptionist attitude at the beginning of the stay gives every customer a poor start. i've requested for smoking rooms but were given rooms without openable windows. so we all have to smoke inconsiderately along our corridor many times each day! i have booked two smoking rooms for two nites! luckily no one complains about our puffing. one of our two room's shower screen kerb leaks badly. so we have to bear with very wet toilet each time after bathing.
the hotel is badly maintained and should not charge at this rate.
coach bus to hk or macau ticket could be purchased at recept but those buses you have to take from landmark canton hotel which is not like what the recept told us 15mins walk. very far from lido hotel.

hotel is too convenient for those who come to china the first time or just want to do some shopping in guangzhou.
beijing road is the famouse for all kinds of people from any where of the world, it's just that easy and convenient to travel and it's also famous for it's culture. the more you stay here around the place, the more you can visit guangzhou, and it's the heat of the centre also for people.
